Fellows’ Night & Investiture is an annual event of the Institute of Directors Nigeria where the prestigious fellowship status of the Institute is conferred on deserving members of the Institute. The Fellowship of the Institute is a status defining position which confers on the bearer high level competence and responsibility.

Fellowship of IoD Nigeria is conferred only on a few deserving members of the Institute who have meritoriously distinguished themselves while making notable contributions to the success of the Institute their respective organizations and the economy as a whole. 

Also at the event, Honorary Fellowship of the Institute is conferred on deserving non-members of the Institute, which have been approved by the Governing Council.

The event features an evening of cosmic ambience amidst fine dining and wining where fellows and other supporters of the Institute are honoured and celebrated.
